As a professional Personal Trainer, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your physical and mental health.  With 10 year experience in the fitness Industry , I've worked with all kinds of demographics from weight loss, CPA competitors, cerebral palsy, paraplegia clients , (Knee , Shoulder and Hip replacements),  age demographic as high as 74 years old, competitive sports athletes, and every day healthier lifestyle clients!

Those who have more power in the world have always preferred to be the only ones to have it. That is why the society in which we live and the educational systems that we have all gone through are designed to make us become sheep, incapable of making decisions for ourselves.
A sheep follows the flock, without asking why, without doubting if that is the right path and without caring where it is going.
But a sheep has no choice but to be such. It has no other option in its life than to continue to be a sheep, following the flock and letting its life always be decided by whoever guides the flock.
You are not a sheep. You are a human being with a wonderful gift of free will, which means being capable of choosing.
Your life depends on you and your decisions. That is why you MUST choose if you want to keep thinking like another sheep from a massive flock, or if you want to get up, decide your way and lead your own life AS A LION.
I will tell you something very important: everything in this life will depend on the mindset you develop and the attitude you take.

My name is Kathy Baker, and I am 52 years old. I have been a dental hygienist for 30 years, which has caused chronic and lower back pain due to the repetitiveness of the job. As I approached my sixty-fifth birthday, two things were on my mind.  I was pleased that my income would soon be supplemented, but on the negative side, personal care for seniors in hospitals and long term care institutions was sadly lacking and expensive (similar to today). Even though I had inherited my parents weak knees and back, I decided that I would work to stay independent (at home) .. a portion of my pension would go to a personal trainer that could relate to my concerns.  After meeting with several trainers, I met Nick.  I immediately felt a comfortable connection.  He was young, but very smart - my weak knees were remedied due to research done at home by him.             
I am now approaching my seventy-fourth birthday, and have no regrets of the time spent with Nick - he provided guidance with a suitable diet .. I am strong enough to do all daily tasks .. I can lift more than my body weight  (170 lb. is just a warm up to my normal 275) .. I don't 
need any help with personal (hygiene) tasks. 
I can't think of a better use of my money than to maintain a personal health situation that will keep me at home, rather than to give it to overpriced government institutions.  I am available if anyone would like more information.

My experience training with Nick Twum;
I was an active, in shape person most of my life. 2014 was a very rough year after a physical injury, that lead to unhealthy habits and gaining 50 pounds. Summer of 2015 I had heard about Nick through a friend and decided I needed to get my life back on track.
I met Nick and right away I felt his positive energy and motivation. I knew it wasn’t going to be easy, but he had put my nerves at ease and helped me believe in myself. The first workout killed me. I couldn’t walk for 3 days, but I survived. Nick taught me how to properly train and how to eat well to fuel my body. I learned how to put myself first and how important routine is. By following his guidance and expertise, I was able to lose 55 pounds in 11 months. He was always available via text or call for any questions I ever had. Even to help say something motivating on the days I was really struggling. 
I continued to train with Nick for 1 more year to prepare for my wedding. I always had the vision of a beautiful mermaid gown and I wanted it to fit like a glove. Nick helped me keep off the weight and help shape all my curves that year. I have never looked or felt better in my life. I have been training on my own now for 2 years and I have kept the weight off. I know how to properly train and stay on track and for that I am so grateful for all Nick has taught me.
